Misty Woodward Photography is partnering up with local area churches, schools and other organizations to raise much needed funds through our fine art portrait services.

How does a church/organization benefit from a fundraiser like this?

The group that is hosting the fundraiser will receive 20% of the total sales as profit. Most families typically have their portrait created only once every 3-5 years and this is a great opportunity for your members to receive not only beautiful family portraits but also an opportunity to help support their church, school or organization.

Are there any startup costs or investment needed by the organization?

Your organization does not need to make any financial commitment to the fundraiser. We will provide your organization with informational handouts, as well as appointment signup sheets, money collection envelopes and any other tool you need for a successful fundraiser. This is all included in your FREE fundraiser kit.

What is the cost to the family?

Each family will pay a $35 fee that will include a 30 minute mini session at our studio (or other predetermined location) and an 8x10 portrait print. Extended family such as grandparents are welcome to be included in a session, but only one main grouping for a portrait will be allowed per sitting.

When will the family see their finished images?

Each family will be given a private password protected login to view and order their portraits right online! Online galleries will be available the following day after a session takes place. Galleries will be available for 3 days only. All orders will need to be placed during that time.

How much do extra images cost for the families to purchase?

We have special packages available starting at just $79 that the family will have an opportunity to purchase after they see their finished images.

How long does it take to get the prints delivered?

After all orders have been placed, the organization will receive the finished prints and profit check back within 3 weeks. It is up to the organization to schedule pickup days and deliver the finished orders.

How do we get started?
