So what do members of Voln do? We release the undead which are found in the graveyard or over there in Rivers Rest. For each one we release we gain favor which in turn adds up to give us a special little symbol.

To join Voln you must be atleast a level 3 train and then get invited to join Voln by a Master of Voln or seek out the grizzly old warrior who travels around town. Just sit and listen to him babble on for a few minutes and he'll notice ye.
